SCRUM Disaster is a cooperative card game designed by Binom.

You have been selected as one of our dearest people this Christmas and you get to play it first!

The game is played by 4 players so you will need to assemble a team. The players have to finish tasks by advancing them through different stages of product development to score victory points.

If all tasks are finished on time you collectively win the game. If you do not manage to finish the project in time, you will be subjected to a performance review.

If you are familiar with Project/Product development or Agile in general, this might seem like a walk in the park for you.
