PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In 2016 we took over development of the Self-Care project "My Tele2".
MT2 is redesigned as a multi-platform solution-responsive web, Android and iOS mobile apps(currently in development). MT2 users have abiliity to manage all Tele2 services - subscription changes, activation fees, roaming packages, the consumer survey, paying bills, etc.
Currently we are integrating One-Click payment in cooperation with Erste Bank, when the process is complete it will turn Self-Care into another sales channel.
In 2017, as part of Tele2 "Digital First" initiative - a major focus has been placed on the Web and Self-Care. Web is in the process of a complete redesign, Self-Care will be expanded with an additional set of functions and both will merge into one homogeneous application.
SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE & DEVELOPMENT
Web
Covers the sales of prepaid vouchers and devices for all, new and existing, prepaid and postpaid customers with the subscription management - switching from other networks etc. Presentation of Tele2 services, tariff voice and mobile data portfolio and customer support.
Tele-sales
The telephone sales channel, which we developed together with Tele2, that currently has over 200 working active agents within Tele2 and partner agencies.
Tele-sales channel is primarily focused on retention and customer win back.
B2B KAM
Special channel developed for Tele2 Key Account Managers for bulk order processing for business users.
